The technology behind it
AI we build ourselves.
UIWeaver is offered by DexterBee GmbH, a software company from Alzenau, Germany, that develops and runs its own AI products. The same technology powers the AI in your website.
AI usage is included in your care plan, subject to fair use. For a Web App Solution we size the AI allowance to the knowledge base, enquiry manager and WhatsApp. Conversation fees that Meta charges for WhatsApp are passed on at cost.
How do you handle data and AI?
Your website is hosted in the EU. Every AI chatbot clearly identifies itself as AI, and reply drafts from the enquiry manager only leave your inbox once you approve them. We sign a data processing agreement with you and disclose every service we use.
How does the AI chatbot on WhatsApp work?
The chatbot replies through the official WhatsApp Business Platform under your own number. This requires a one-time business verification with Meta, which we guide you through. When the chatbot can't answer a question, it hands the conversation over to you.
What does AI visibility mean?
More and more people ask ChatGPT, Gemini or Perplexity instead of a search engine. We prepare your website so these assistants understand it: with structured data, FAQ markup and an llms.txt that summarises your offer. Nobody can guarantee a recommendation, but you give the assistants the best possible basis.
Who is behind UIWeaver?
UIWeaver is offered by DexterBee GmbH from Alzenau in the Rhine-Main region. DexterBee develops and runs its own AI software, including HiveLink, ClawPod, KIEBIDZ and CompLens. Your contact is a designer from our team.
Template or custom design?
Both are available in every package. You can start from a template in our library that we adapt to your brand, or we design your website from scratch.
Do I own the code? Can I self-host?
Yes, you own the full source code. Without AI features you can self-host your website at any time. AI features run on our infrastructure and therefore require a care plan.
How does a project work?
You describe your project in a conversation with Sophie, our AI assistant, or in the form. A designer gets back to you within 24 hours, agrees the scope with you and sends you a quote. Work starts only once you agree.
What happens if I cancel the care plan?
We hand over your website with the full source code, with a 30-day transition period. AI features end with the care plan.
