Specialist for oral implantology (DGI), Master of Science in Implantology and Periodontology. Eighteen years of surgical experience. Lecturer at LMU Munich, regular continued education in Zurich and Boston.

Implantology
Single implants, All-on-4, immediate restorations — planned in 3D, surgically guided. Including augmentative procedures for cases of bone deficiency. In-house certified implant prosthetics.
Veneers & Smile Design
Full-ceramic veneers, composite veneers, smile design with preview mockup. Every case starts with photo analysis and a personal design conversation — no off-the-shelf smiles.
Aligner Therapy
Invisible aligners for adults — from light corrections to complex jaw movements. In-house indication setting, treatment kept with Dr. Lehmann rather than handed to provider standard processes.
Bleaching & Peri-Oral
Practice bleaching with ZOOM technology — enamel-friendly in a single session. Optionally combined with hyaluronic and botulinum treatments in the peri-oral region via our cooperating physician.
Functional Diagnostics
TMD diagnostics, bruxism therapy, splint provision. With DIR System digital functional analysis. Frequently combined with implant care — because function determines longevity.

Four steps. Clear expectation.
Between first consultation and implantation usually six to ten weeks pass — deliberately so. Enough time for a sound decision, enough time for careful planning.
First Consultation & Diagnostics
Sixty minutes with Dr. Lehmann in person. Examination, 3D CBCT scan if indicated, history, clarification of your goal. Written findings summary and treatment alternatives.
Planning & Treatment Plan
Detailed digital 3D planning, with preview mockup for veneers where applicable. Written treatment plan per GOZ schedule. At least two weeks reflection time, second opinion optionally organised.
Treatment
Surgical treatments in the in-house operative suite. Complex interventions optionally under sedation or general anaesthesia at the cooperating day clinic. Accompaniment until leaving the practice.
Follow-up & Recall
Close-interval follow-ups — 1 day, 1 week, 3 months, 6 months, 1 year. Subsequently annual recall with professional implant care. In emergencies, direct mobile number of Dr. Lehmann.
