Consultant in plastic and aesthetic surgery. Habilitation at LMU Munich, fellowships in London and Geneva. In private practice on Maximilianstrasse since 2012.

Body Contouring
Liposuction, abdominoplasty, thigh and upper-arm lifts. Often following weight loss or pregnancy. With modern techniques such as vibration-assisted liposuction.
Aesthetic Medicine
Botulinum toxin, hyaluronic fillers, thread lifting, Profhilo. Minimally invasive treatments performed personally by Dr. von Hartwig — not delegated to cosmeticians.
Dermatology & Laser
Skin analysis, microneedling, Fraxel and Pico laser, IPL therapy. For pigmentation, couperose, acne scars and skin rejuvenation. With in-house dermatological diagnostics.

Four steps. No pressure.
We take our time. Between first consultation and procedure usually six to eight weeks pass — deliberately so.
First Consultation
Sixty minutes in person or via encrypted video. History, your wishes, realistic options. Free of charge, confidential, with no sales pressure. You decide whether a second meeting follows.
Planning & Preparation
Detailed planning with 3D simulation for surgical interventions. Written informed-consent documentation, at least two weeks reflection time. You receive all documents in writing to read in your own time.
Treatment
Procedures take place in an accredited private hospital. Personally performed by Dr. von Hartwig. For surgical interventions, anaesthesia is provided by specialist physicians from a fixed team. Overnight stays available as required.
Follow-up
Close-interval follow-ups in clinic rhythm — typically after 24 hours, one week, one month, three months, one year. In emergencies, direct reachability of the physician via a personal mobile number.
